rode today for 6 hrs, mostly dirt and gravel roads (Pisgah Nat. Forest) plus about 80 miles on the slab to get there. The weather was perfect

(I didn't even plug in my heated gear)

Besided running out of gas on the way to the gas station, riding with tweaked forks (wasn't me), riding into a ditch - opps, and breaking a plate on the chain I had a great time

I drove to the polls, went home to get the bike to ride to work. Got less than 1/2 a mile away my house, then bam! Run over by a dump truck.
