Thank you for all your serious...and not so serious replies!

What I'm looking for isn't so much of advice but rather a nice quote or poem about marriage. I don't want to give them advice on marriage....I haven't had a steady boyfriend in....well a long time so what the hell have I got to say about that!

maybe it's that we don't care about your discussion or really have any sort of thought on the matter anyway. Just let us watch TV and put it in an email and we will get to it.

That's from the movie Moulin Rogue. Not sure if it originated somewhere else, but that's where I know it from.

My sister is getting married in May. I loved the engagement card I sent her. It had a drawing of the man and woman's hand, with the ring on it. And on the cover it said "Congratulations on your engagement (you could substitute "marraige"), now here is a little piece of advice..." Then you opened it up and on the inside it said "don't listen to advice. Love will find its own way".
