There are really only a couple differences between the two
- 8MP on the RAZR vs 5MP on the Nexus (though it really doesn't matter)
- Gingerbread on the RAZE vs ICS on the Nexus (Razr will get ICS shortly I suspect)
- Blur vs Core android.
- Slightly larger screen on the Nexus
- douchebag on the RAZR *edit* lol on the auto edit to douchebag from g0rilla g|ass.

For me personally, I prefer the build quality of the Motorolas over the Samsungs. And I know it's weird, but I actually like the versions of Blur that are out in the DroidX + phones. They're both great phones, and to me it just comes down to a preference for Motorola.

I haven't seen any teardowns of it yet. The form factor is super thin @ 7.1MM so that is a small worry, but with the strength of the chassis and the motorola build quality I'm not very concerned.

*Edit* I need to break my habit of only skimming homeslice's posts :P It's a slab, and while it's very thin so there is a small durability worry, motorola phones are strong as hell.

Motorola said that the Bionic and RAZR will be getting ICS 6 weeks after Google releases it.

lol @ my reading comprehension for the loss. I was thinking he was talking about a tear down and didn't even read the flip-phone sentence.

Epyon is correct - it's a slab.

I rather the camera on the nexus, it's zero lag (think DSLR speed.) The glass on it is suppose to be pretty badass too. MP is a worthless spec unless you want to do poster size pictures.

I very much dislike Motorola quality. Seen too many people get burned by them.

Agreed - anything over 4-5MP on a cameraphone is a waste. The optics just aren't there to really support really high res pictures.

Are these stories in the last couple of years? The last couple years of motorola phones have been fantastic. The samsungs always felt a little flimsy to me which is why I prefer the motorola.

Droid Xs and Droid X2s being pieces of shit, not stories, held them in my hand and saw what pieces of shit they are.

Everyone that has the Samsung Fascinate with it that I know and have used, loves them. No issues.

Odd - I have an X and have loved it - no issues. It's been bulletproof.

I love my HTC incredible, the thunderbolt has kinda steered me away from HTC. Probably will end up with a Galaxy Nexus. Better processor, ICS, and no bloatware.
