Actually, believe it or not a great deal of returns are destroyed on site and the manufacturer gives a credit "on faith" or the store eats it. Of course, I doubt that this will be the case with a flat screen...

You talked about video game consoles. Tigger suggested some pistols and a couple of games and you jumped down his throat expecting Tigger to know 100% sure you had a kid and that you don't play video games despite you just mentioned you had a Wii and might get a Playstation 3.

You could have said "I don't play video games, it's more for my kid so I don't have a need for sure shot pistols". Seems to me you are the asshole
