Now that really would suck! So did the judge take the letter into consideration and reverse the decision?

No, 3 months later I got a letter back saying that the judge was willing to have me show in court to present my evidence, but it was during a weekday and I would have had to take time off and loose more money than I would have eventually gotten back so I let it go

I rarely acknowledge them any more. I have people tell me I have a light out, I say, "Thanks," and go about my business, hoping they will mind theirs
