I'm probably on the wrong side of this debate but I believe that the owner of the property has a right to decide what is done with it. Seriously, first his product/property is posted for free, then it's taken, chopped up and modified several different ways. Then to top it off, he's maligned for putting a stop to it. That would be the same as someone taking my bike for a ride without my permission, stopping off and having it repainted, and then driving around town claiming it as their own. Oh and BTW if a video gets enough hits, the author can make some money...just saying.

It would be just like that, as long as before they took your bike they gave you an exact replica to keep.
