They are right down the block from Cedar Creek park. South of Merrick with Wantagh Parkway behind the house.
Spent most of my weekends there in my youth.

my bro in law livs near there, hes on the west side of the wantagh pkwy near the park. Hes working today (NYPD) and his wife and kids went to their dads over in farmingdale.

Your hometown had Shit go haywire because Levee's Broke and caused the Fucking Gulf to dump into LA...Not even remotely close to the same situation.

It wasnt solely Katrina Dumping 35 Feet of rain on Louisiana.

It's raining here now...Steadly, Gonna pick up soon and We will most likely lose power...I love everyone trying to downplay it like its nothing to worry about...If we learned anything from Katrina...It's better to be safe than sorry.

agreed, I would rather over do everything then not be prepared. Were doing very well so far rain hasnt been bad, and no wind at all right now. Looks like we wont be seeing anything nasty for at least another several hrs.
