I was at work today and i hear a loud bike come rolling into the Jersey Mikes next door. I went to the window to see what it was, and i see this tool walking away from his blinged out first gen canatuna! And of course his helmet was attached to the side of his bike, not on his head. I laughed so hard cause I instantly thought of this thread. I almost wanted to yell out and ask the guy if he could run a 10 sec pass.....

Dang. This is what saddens me to be a biker. People making fun of other bikers' bikes. I can understand if he typed everything in ebonics but come on. Hell I started off on a ninja 250. Ewwww I'm not a man and its not a sport bike. Give me a break.

it's not that... it's the price he wants... and what he's claim'n for performance. I could care less what anyone calls a sport bike... but dudes mistaken if he thinks his bike is worth that... or can do what he claims...

exactly. even a newer ZX6R needs a good rider and some mods to get into 10's in the 1/4. but near $4k for that is just retarded. hell it probably didnt even sell for that much NEW.

I miss my old Canatuna, but it would run 8.5 consistent in the 1/8. No way I see that one running what he says it will unless there's a 750 swap on N2O.

yeah, 1/8 mile big difference from quarter mile. I can see a 600 kat doing 10's in the 1/4, with a turbo on it..... oh wait, nevermind. can I just play with my busa some more?
