Very nice, I love it. Why do you want someone to rip up the floor? Carpet was the worst invention ever for pets and kids...

Nice place, especially for the price. Our first house was a foreclosure that needed a little bit of work. Best investment we ever made.

And is that real hard wood you are tearing out or laminate? If it's real, I'd leave it dude.

For reals... cover it with carpet if you want, but don't get rid of it... HW floors sell houses.

No way it is real hardwood.

That is a newer "budget" home, not a 1900's craftsman.
