Damn, that guy's got an axe to grind. I find it a little hard to get on the hate bandwagon and call this a huge problem when only 0.55% of customers have complained of the issue. Yeah, I guess you can replicate it if you know where to touch it, but how often does it really affect people? Not much apparently.

Apparently it affected Consumer Reports often and severely enough for them to not recommend the product. They provided complete data to support their criticism.

Is this criticism deflected with a "they just have an axe to grind" too?

Nah, Consumer Reports wrote a much more mature criticism. This guy sounds like a tool.

nope. I've even tried going to places where I know for a fact there's spotty reception and haven't had issues.

I've had mine for over two weeks and I haven't been able to replicate the problem at all, nor has Ulu.
