Not acceptable. You and Jason WILL be there. There will be no further discussion on this matter.

I'm kinda the same way... I'll be up that direction, for the warrior run... but dunno if I'll stay for the rally, especially with the bike being out of order.

Really hope all you guys can make it. But yeah, I know all too well how plans get killed by gov't officials. Been there, done that. But please, do your best to be there, even if only for a day.

Here's my plot

Anybody want to join me? Capt? Derf? NE boys? Could meet me in VA.
Are you talking about spending 2 days ON the BRP, or 2 days total from your house?

When would you expect to start the BRP portion of your trip? My absolute best case scenario would be if I didn't have anything due on Thursday for one class and could skip my other class on Friday. Since my ex picks up my daughter Wed nights during the school year, I could possibly get on the road Wed night and find a place to sleep, then meet up with you Thurs. But, that's a best case, which I'll be surprised if that happens.

Here's my route if I'm able to meet up with you to run BRP:

Little Switzerland is nearer to the end of the BRP. It would be a very long one day ride to it from the start of the BRP.

Remember the BRP is the most visited national park controlled area. It is 45 and 35 mph throughout the whole thing and patrolled heavily during this time. It will be extremely slow going if you don't want a ticket.

1 day to get to Front Royal. 2 additional days for the BRP to Little Switz.

As Trip said... it's a long haul due to speeds. It's only like 440 miles from Front Royal but it's 13 hrs or somin. Include scenic stops... it will take 2 days.

So... we need to be in Little Switz by Friday...

Leave my house Wed. Front Royal wed night. Start BRP thur.. arrive at Little Switz Fri evening.
