Trouble?
1000 miles in 5 days is like a couple hundred miles a day. Not bad for a week of ownership. And still had time to hang out with friends since you got back.

We logged 175 miles on the ride yesterday...not bad for a Sunday...even accounting for the late start!

I mostly hang out with the swmosportbikes group. Tons of riders here in springfield. The fairly common route is supposed to be 125-7-123 loop. Still haven't gotten to ride much since I got here, but I got the bike back this weekend and hope to do much better this spring.

I can't wait for winter to be over so I can go back to doing 1000+ miles in a week

I spend most weekends in Austin, and that's only an hour north of San Antonio. Definitely let us know when you're there! Maybe we can meet up for lunch or something!

What he said! I'll be in town the first weekend of April, but then I fly to Honolulu for two weeks of training at Ft. Shafter.
