KGB gave up. I will post a pic. The guy actually said she won the Car Craft Summer Nats Swimsuit Contest the year we took our cars down(1993?), so I have no idea if that helps. Here is the cover and another with her on it.

Pretty certain I had that Ranger issue way back when.

Whatta you bet she married a prick, had 2 of his kids, divorced and is now married to a geeky insurance salesman in Fresno.

At the time of the covers, she had atleast one kid, a boy. Kinda part of the reason we are looking. The guy said her name might be Tina and she was a playmate at one point.
