In the town where my brother is a P/O one of the guys who is an officer with him has sleeve tats from when he was a green beret. When he got hired they said it was regulation that you could have no tats where the uniform stopped, so now he has to wear an Under Armour tan long sleeve under shirt to hide them.

Eh, doesn't really bother me. I don't really see tats affecting someone's ability to do their job. Do they look professional? No, but so what? For the record, I don't have any ink, but don't really see it as being a problem.
