And he makes tons of money in large part based on his public image. If he hadn't of voluntarily shit all over it, and his family in the process, he wouldn't be voluntarily stroking a check for three quarters of a billion dollars to try and stop the bleeding. The reality is if he isn't able to get his game back this will be nothing compared to the future earnings he will have cost himself.
