The powers have served me well at the track and am a mid pack intermediate rider, I was going to try the stones this season but saw such good prices on the powers and I know they work for me so I went with them again.

They get greasy in temps over 90F on the track. I know a number of people who crashed on em. They are OK for the street, unless you are pushing the front end.

You know, you're the 2nd person to recommend those... have you tried them? How's the grip vs mileage? It's hard to split the difference between long wear and decent grip.

DO NOT like.
Go with Pirelli Diablo Stradas if you have to have an "extended mileage tire". You should be able to find a good deal on them since they're being replaced by the Angel. Quote:

I haven't personally but I've heard good things from those that have... I'd consider them but I honestly have two sets of Bridgestone tires under my bed now...
