Or the state could do the humane thing and give them the vaccine. It is absurd to suggest otherwise, and even prisoners have some rights left. We can't be blind to the fact that our current legal system (the laws and the court) is extremely flawed for one, and for two that not all inmates are inherently bad or evil people. Do some deserve to be tortured and killed slowly in front of a crowd? Well of course they do, but that's not how we, as a civilized society, represent ourselves. Again, the way a society treats its lowest and worst members shows you the true nature of that society. Saudi Arabia for example.

Conjugal visits are fairly rare nationwide and are nonexistant in Texas.

The beauty of these threads is that it allows you to quickly see who's opinion you can take seriously. Don't you agree?

I do, I know many of these people in person. But more than that I find that an internet forum allows a person's TRUE personality to come out...for better or worse. Do people assume false identities on the internet? Certainly they do, but I believe a much high percentage allow their true colors to show through.

And with your second sentence you prove my point.

i have no problem with them getting the vac. AFTER the rest of the population outside the walls. if they lose a couple visits too bad. oh and that's my thought in real life as well.
