Haven't looked at GM and Dodge, but Ford is NOT giving away the new F150's... 36K for the FX4 I like...

Have you actually found a V8/manual in dealer inventory somewhere? I searched dealer inventory in SC, NC, GA, and FL when I was shopping, and I think I turned up one

my fam has had nothing but manual trans pickups for as long as I can remember, no issues, and we regularly overloaded them

I hate autos, especially in diesels, cause you can't make it hold a gear. Tranny usually shifts right as the motor starts to actually pull. pisses me off.

And Manuals are tougher. at least in older vehicles.
neighbor replaced 4 auto trans in his pickup otherwise identical to ours with the manual, pulling a smaller trailer.
