From September 2010 to about April 2011 I dropped roughly 50lbs by doing absolutely nothing other than eating a little better. Not some strict diet either. The best I can describe it is by "Not eating like a Pig...As much."

But this basically consisted of eating more Fruits and Vegetables.

I lost 24 pounds from June 3rd til last week, its called having a kid, I don't recommend it for everyone

Sounds like my kind of diet.
I prefer regular Bulleit, Buffalo Trace, or one of the small batch Beam lines (Knob Creek, Basil Hayden, etc). I'm also a fan of single malts.

I don't think it's lack of sleep, unless he's sleeping less because he's working more to save up for the kid that is yet to be born. I'm guessing it's probably the stress from constantly thinking, "oh shit, I'm NOT ready for this yet!"

It's about 80-85% diet. I went from 275 lbs down to 156 in abou 2 years a long time ago. The first 65 lbs lost was all diet. No exercise at all.
