Oh - and I kinda want one too, but personally I'd scoop one up at 3500~4500 pre-farkled in the ADV flea market!

get it.......regardless of selling your bike or not
you know they're not gonna give you a "fair" amount on a humdrum SV w/ 20k. what do you consider fair?

That said, the DL1000 is the best all around bike I've ever had...and I hear a lot of people talk about how they actually like the 650 better. Go for it dude, its a great bike.

Actually, the fact that I am looking at one at all is yours and Dave's fault!!!! I saw his most recent thread with Julie and was majorly impressed with what a skilled rider could get out of the Wee.
As for 'fair' for the SV, I'd like to get 2k on trade but I doubt I will get it.

Any thoughts on how much I'd get selling the SV outright?
It has the following: - SW Motech center stand - S to N bar conversion - OEM Gel seat - OEM Higher touring windscreen - Buell lower footpegs (1" lower than stock.. stock pegs would be included as well) - SV CF-lookalike tank protector just curious....
