I had mine done last year, so it was around 12,000 miles. I don't know what kind of oil was used, but Vesrah seals and bushings were used.

On the street bike: probably not often enough, but I don't really push too hard on the street. I'll do it once every 10-15k miles.

On the race bike: About twice a year, which, with 8 race weekends, 4 races each & 10 track days per year, works out to roughly once every 500 miles. I know some guys that do it after every race weekend.... I don't have that kinda money, even w/ the new financial "aid" I'm getting
