I did all through high school. Now I am a sophomore in college, stopped lifting, and got a beer gut. I'm actually planning on starting again on Monday.

For another month....

I've gotta have my wrist reconstructed December 15th....6 weeks of elbow/wrist immobiliation...probably another 6 weeks of rehab...then it's back to the gym.

I'll try to continue as best I can with cardio while I recover....but...no weights this winter.

I used to work out and weight train a few years back. I was actually a trainer at Golds Gym many years back. One of these days I want to start back at the gym just to get healthy. Sigh.
