Wrong place at the wrong time. This isn't the norm at all obviously.

Now you design the guardrails but then theyre built/assembled by some union or municipal employees. Safe to say soemthing gets lost in the translation

We have a bunch that dont uave the fist on the end. They just curve down into the ground.
