not sure, saw a tv show about it. One jackass went out back figured he would mangle his leg ( I think he shot himself) then call 911. asshat went too far away and the cordless phone was out of range and he almost bled to death. It is a documented psyhiatric disorder.

All gender is is getting the correct levels of hormones at the correct time in fetal development. That process doesn't always go perfectly. Sometimes you body is somewhere in between and sometimes you mind is somewhere in between, like this "lady". I respect her decision but always think they need to be honest to people where gender is important ( relationships, sex based contests etc)
