Just so we're clear, what are the exact rally dates? I tried to book from Thurs through the next Sunday (about 10 days)and it wouldn't let me...

Fred, I will see about booking a cabin tomorrow or friday. I posted in the NE section so we can figure out some particulars since guys may be bringing their SO's.

I would contact copperhead directly. The main rally days are the weekend of the 4th-6th. I am staying 3rd - 6th.

So these are the dates? Based on these dates the price for a 4 man room drops to $180

you can stay as long before or after as you want, that's the official dates.

Drewpy - yes, dogs at cabin OK, not at Lodge. If I step in dog shit, within 50 feet of your cabin you pay extra

Dates of the rally for the group code are 6/3-6/6. Any others outside these dates, refer to comment to Tigger above

Campers are allowed, and are considered "Camping" use group code TWFC - please notate camper in special instructions so we know.
