Basically walk with weight, but this dude had a smart idea to add in thickness, which makes it harder. When you walk, the up and down movement makes it harder.

Nothing would be more annoying to me than having my ipod clipped to my hat like that.
I can't stand the headphone cords dangling around. I've had them pulled out of my ears too many times. |
