Welcome to preseason, week 4. Tampa sat all their starters and the Skins sat most of theirs.

It was nice to see the USF Bulls (perpetually underrated) beat Notre Dame (perpetually overrated). Too bad the game took 6 hours and the last 4 minutes weren't broadcast.
