I have the turtle beach hpa2 and the bass is just great. True surround (multispeakers). Using it on my pc so id have to check if itll work with consoles as is our needs an adapter.

If youre talking to me then its usb powered to provide enough juice. Then headphone jack connectors for front and back speakers. They sell an adapter i believe to convert it for consoles.

I've got a surround sound system... and live alone so I'm just gonna get a simple blue tooth headset and press...
the turtle bay corded ones did have me wanting to buy them... just no point with my surround sound system... |

good point about the charger working with the AAAs i have seen that before but never tried it on this one so it did not cross my mind. I'll get those soon then

I use the turtle beach wireless stereo headphones and love them. I lose nothing going from digital surround to the headphones. Wife loves them too, she can listen to tunes and hang out with me while I play without being annoyed by the sounds of WAR!!!

I had $20 credit at NewEgg and ordered up the DPX21. It's quite a bit cheaper, and I wasn't too sure about how the bluetooth setup worked with the PS3 on the wireless model. I'm kind of confused as to why they supply a separate bluetooth headset with it.
