It should state a no later than date for closing...and if thats changed, then there has to be a written addendum to contract else the contract is void.

yep I questioned it with my realtor but because I only had verbal agreementt from him it wasn't binding. lessons learned.

Ok so heres the latest. Looks like the closing will be a go this wednesday, and she will be out of the house by next monday. I am hopin got start moving some boxes next weekend and I think th ebig moving day may be tuesday or wed next week, I just need to check my work schedule. So now its just cautious optimism for now.
