and yeah track day gone bad , I sat the first session out and ran the 2nd session and wasn't feeling it and sat the 3rd session out and got my suspension dialed in and WOW what a difference it made ! and got back out on the track after lunch with the newly dialed in suspension and I was Real comfortable and just lowsided in a left hand turn and all I could see was sky- pavement sky -pavement sky- pavement didn't think I'd ever stop rollin and got up as soon as I stopped and was alittle disoriented b/c of floppin around and then the pain in ankle hit and as the day went on my left upper arm is sore no big deal though.

Started lovin this track during that session and can't wait to getin the bike back together and goin to Nashville again !
