What OSP said. I'll wear mine regardless, but if I decide not to, that should be my decision.

Exactly. Mine's gone up $10 a month in the last year. My last statement actually said something like "due to the higher rate of accidents on motorcycles of your make and model, rates have increased." Fuckers on gixxers. I've NEVER made a claim, yet I get to pay for everyone else's.

Yep I'm also AGATT but do hate Uncle Sam telling me I have to...even though it's too bad some don't have the common sense to wear a helmet.

True unfortunately

Yeah funny when we get a ticket or have an accident 'the software' sure doesn't have a problem 'adjusting' it automatically.

Yep...of course on the flip side if I ran an insurance company I wouldn't want to pay out on someone because they didn't have enough sense to wear a helmet.

Most likely an initial federal step to begin phasing out motorcycle use and eventually outlaw them.

I dont think police can generate much revenue off this one compared to seatblet tickets though.

Motorcycles are dangerous, a lot of people get killed on them, it can't last.

Why perhaps a more unified NO is needed from the community in regards to this.

This is the worst form of paternalism, and could mean a great loss of freedom in choice of transportation.

You can't stop it dude. Motorcycles won't last another 40 years on public streets in the U.S....
