I like it more than the single stacks because the diameter of the grip is a little more chunky. The .45 thumps pretty hard so the bigger grip makes you a little less prone to limp it. I don't have huge hands so my pinky hanging off probably isn't as bad as it would be for someone with a huge palm. |

It's funny that you say that.
So many people who like 1911 style pistols are very picky about double stackers. I'm damn pleased with the grip shape and size of my Taurus PT92. I haven't had a chance to shoot it since I dumped the stock scales and put on the Pachmayr, but it feels great in my hand.

Don't get me wrong, it's definitely not as comfortable to shoot as any full frame 1911, but I'd take it over a Glock subcompact 7 days a week just because it feels better while I'm shooting. To me it's just that much more comfortable. Maybe I'm just weird

I'll never buy another Walther again, not after the p22 debacle.

I understand it's just a matter of finding the kind of ammo they like... but that's the case with most rimfire autoloaders.

It's a toss up for which one looks sexier with a suppressor... the P22 or the SIG Mosquito
