Had a bee hit me in the neck. Thought it was a good idea to get home asap since I've never been stung by one. I could feel my throat close up some.

Not riding, but I had a red jacket sting me in the temple. Felt like someone punched me in the head. Man that hurt.

There is nothing like being stung on the stomach in the middle of rush hour traffic, E-braking into the nearest parking lot, and stripping off your helmet, gloves, backpack, jacket, and t-shirt in front of 30 or so helpless bystandards.

sheesh.
That happened to me while I was riding with Pistonpete on the skyway. I had less than an inch of my jacket unzipped and that fucker stung me three times down my chest and stomach....I almost rode off the mountain at 110.

Yep, bumblebees hurt. They say the white-faced ones don't sting, but I'm not taking any chance. I fuckin hate bees.

I had a yellow jacket up the sleeve incident once.

See, if you didn't wear a jacket it wouldn't get stuck and probably just bounce off of you.

I had this happen while riding in the NC mountains. I got stung in the chest while going through some twisties...honestly thought "is this what a heart attack would feel like...surely I'm not having one" . Finally got to a pull off and while standing there explaining it to the two riders with me the SOB hit me again on the side of my stomach !! I at that point couldn't get my gear off fast enough and when I got down to my t-shirt and was pulling it off a little Yellow Jacket buzzes out and away...didn't even get to kill the $hit !! Not fun.

I'm not going to tell the story about the time my buddy had a burrowing beetle fly into his helmet.

I'm definitely not going to explain all the gory details about how the beetle went into his ear, and ate through his eardrum while blood ran down his neck, because that would leave your bee-sting thread looking rather shabby and pathetic, and I'm just not that kind of guy.
