Most people here in AZ know that you can just throw the ticket away and forget about it. If you aren't served in person, there is not proof that you ever got the ticket. I think if you get a large number of them, they do serve you in person... but if its just a one-off sort of deal... circular file it...

I am not saying this is what I would do should I ever get one of these tickets, I'm just sayin', word around the campfire is... *see above*

MSNBC pulled the article. I don't think I've seen them do that before, they must have received quite a bit of commentary/e-mails on it.
