So then what is the reason? Are they claiming that hospitals don't bother taking care of Black people?

I'd be more inclined to believe that it's because Black people tend to live in more congested areas, therefore it takes longer for help to respond.

I wouldnt think so, ems response times in NYC arent too bad even in the ghetto areas. Plus these ER's see a lot more trauma than your rural or suburban ER's do so the servies there are usualy prety good betwwen ER, trauma surgery and orthopedics.

I was thinking the same thing. When I was doing my Firefighting on the job training I did it in the city. And medical call we had the EHS van pulled up right behind us. Outside the city I hear it can be 20 minutes or so at times.

If this was about Black car drivers, I would blame it on the way they sit with only 1 inch of the head visible thru the glass.

I think that's why they always seem to change lanes real slowly....they can't see shit. Starting from like 50 yards behind you, they move their steering wheel one milimeter.....taking 30 seconds to move into the next lane, yet almost clipping your rear bumper in the process.........I call it "the molasses draft"..............

It's also really hard to see your mirrors when they're shaking from the ridiculously loud subwoofers in the trunk that rattles so bad you hear it before the stereo.
