That's an even bigger rip off than the "undercoating" they used to offer on new cars back in the day.
Tye undercoating on my vehicle is still there. Ots nice to not have a rusted frame.

How many desktops come with wifi prebuilt into them or even when you build it yourself?

And that was probably done at the factory, not at the dealership like I was referencing.

I'd say fuck it and buy a $15 PC wi-fi card and not deal with cables, tethering, etc.

Cheap paint would be an upgrade. t was actually nothing, just a few hundred dollars for someone to drive your spanking new car to the back of the shop for about an hour and pretend to do something.

Sounds like american capitalism.

Bought pdanet key and seems to be good. I got on ebay and ordered a new cable since the other one broke. Sucks ass when company uses a different connection. I can use a micro usb cable but it fits loose. Plus I raged and cracked my screen so got one of those coming to.

If I find a deal on a wifi dongle, I'll get one. Would get a pci slot one, but two graphics cards takes up all the space. Once I get the water blocks on it should clear room over a slot. I hate usb speeds.

The only bad thing so far with tether is it kills the battery and the desktop barely keeps up the charge. If I fart with the phone and have it tethered, I'll get a pop up saying the charge can't keep up.

ok. I just have bad luck. Verizon's hotspot WiFi works fine but the tethering doesn't. Pdanet's tethering works fine but the hotspot won't connect. It doesn't give me the option to enter my password on my laptop and just says its an unrecognized connection. Hmmmmm.

It is the paid version.
