I would say let a woman lead it up, but last time we did that, that's when all the shit hit the fan. Although, we don't have any ladies of that epic caliber anymore.

Let's do it this way, if any women actually want to participate in this, send me a PM. If I can get close to 12 ladies volunteering to participate, I will start pushing for more. If we have more than 12, we will just have to make the calendar longer than 12 months if we can find a printer to do that. This will require the ladies that want one to push the other ones to volunteer as well. Or you guys can push the ladies, it's your choice really.
