How often do you weigh yourself?

I do it when I notice the scale before getting in the shower. That is typically every week or two so I picked every once in a while. Regardless of what I'm doing as far as exercising, eating, or drinking I'm always in a 10lb range anyway so I don't pay much attention.

3 times a week at the gym because the scale is in the perfect place for me to stare at the ass of the girl working the counter.

I'm the same. My roommate has a scale and when I think about it (or see it), I hop on before the shower.

Today I was pleasantly surprised by a 15 pound drop.
