That was a blast! Well, let me rewind and say - I supervised, I didn't ride. Though I did take pictures in the afternoon. That was miserable standing trackside watching the bikes go around. LOTS of water to go around.

Tidbit to add: I hear Pedialyte is the best hydration there is. Gookinaid or other electrolyte replenishment powders from places like bike shops are good too. Start hydrating the day before, not the morning of.

This may sound silly but I really don't know....Are you racing cars with windows and AC??

Same here, its getting to the point where its too hot to ride when the sun is out. But i also realize that I have awful night vision...Luckily its been in the 90's so far but heck even that is hot...105 this weekend so I will try to squeeze in a ride but any hotter I am waiting until the fall.

Time to park the bike until the fall. I rather ride with heated gear. I'm all about adjustable comfort settings.

BTW 86 degrees is not hot!
