They pay less and you have to spend more to get away from them.

The real section 8 isn't as cool as the game. LOL Future hobos.

We deliver glass to a section 8 apartment complex. Use to be a nice gated complex. Now it's a shit hole. Nice to see they can afford 24" wheels but can't pay decent rent. It's run by a bunch of fat women that just sit on their asses all day. I'm sure they live there too.

Must be nice to wake up at 12pm everyday and go sit out side to do not a damn thing or just drive your hoopty around, then park in the middle of the street to talk to more loaders.

FUCK YO COACH! GOD DAMMIT I HATE LAZY MOTHERFUCKERS!

Don't get me started on the Lone Star card. Mother fuckers will let others use it if they give them cash.

I would move as fast as possible. It's not like most of those people are just down on their luck. All too many are scum shit that have no respect for other people's stuff. I would up your security measures as well at home and on your cars.

Yea done and done. My GF's lease is up in July and she graduates in May so I've been waiting for her so we can get a place together BUT I'm not sure if I can make it that long...

that was what got me to buy a house and move from apartments. I prefer living in an apt until things come up missing, the common areas start looking like shit, rent goes up to cover extra costs incurred by damage.
let us know what you buy. LOL

oh and the all night parties on a night when you have to go to work in the morning are only beaten by the all night arguing by the other rats.

I am not making friends here, that's for sure.
Par for the course?
