That's pretty messed up. I 'assumed' she was at a party throwing down and half/totally naked or something but just having a glass of wine or a beer in a picture ? Give me a freakin' break.

Sounds like they were just looking for a reason to get rid of her and jumped at this chance.

It sounds to me like the administration wanted her out and were just looking for an excuse.

She will win that lawsuit easily.

yeah and I'm sure she can't wait to get her job back and go back to work at a place where everyone knows what happened and that apparently the administration doesn't want her. Sounds like fun to me...

that's the crappy part. what do you really win if you get your job back? lost wages and less respect then before from your peers and admin.
