I don't live in SC but I work in SC. The town I work in brags about having the 'best schools in SC.' Considering SC ranks so low nationally, what are they really saying?

He may have been a little extreme in his comparison, but I agree with his overall point about cutting back welfare.

I agree with his statement, ppl should not be allowed to skate through life on the coat tails of the rich, that being said I am for the goverment stepping in and trying aid the situation, but the ppl must want to be helped for to to be successful, there in lies the problem
