I prefer the permenant $2k option. Just got it for the wife about 2 months ago. I got mine 8 years ago.

Gotta say that I loved the results from my laser eye surgery. And the best part is that all you saps paid for it. HAHAHAHA. Got it done for free while I was in the Army.

I had mine paid off in a few months... you had to stay in for years to get yours paid for.
