I may need to but the reason I don't get tips taken out is because Im a bag boy and most bag boys don't make that much in tips. However I work in rich country so big tips are the norm.

Yeah I have a friend who works as aserver and he makes good money in tips but only gets paid like $2 something an hour. Pretty much the majority of the taxes he gets taken out are that of his tips.
