Then simply increase the fine and/or the enforcement. There is no reason to classify it a sex offense.

This is what I know about Apoc.
People on here that know him say hes a nice enough guy and a commie canadian.

Heres what I know about JC.
Hes an older long hair smartass that met azoom who cant handle german pies without getting all mushmouthed about it.

Heres what I know about Akilldema.
He has a little trouble getting a clean set on 115 incline and hes having a bad internet day today.

Public urination messes around screws up quality of life in a community. It is pretty damn close to defacing public property.
Flashing boobs doesn't damage anything except the sensibilities of uptight people.
