You can share an editable map on Google Maps. A local rider forum uses one for everyone to map out their favorite roads. You can even load them up on Google Earth on a certain smartphone who shall remain unnamed due to all the hostility around here.

No one has any issues with Android phones that use the full functionality of google maps.

put a google one on there. You will have to click on the link below it and go to the map itself. It's not really controlled, so behave yourselves or I will restrict editting to invite only.
