Damn man. You had a productive weekend. All I did was sleep all day then wake up and drink, both days.

nice... yeah even just the SS lines made a big diffrence for me... especially on the rear... I locked up the rear A LOT the first day riding... partly because the lever on the new rear sets was higher and so I tended to brake harder than I really wanted each time.

I can't wait to wail on these brakes at the track... the difference just in street riding is night and day.

I left this coming weekend as a buffer in case I had any trouble with bike work (my first time doing all this bike work for the most part). Since I was able to get the bike work pretty much all done, this weekend I should be able to do some work on the drywall and such, along with getting all packed up to go up to the track.

Pics look great, you have been very busy! Where did you get your wheel lock? I would love to have some kind of anti theft device for the times that I can keep my bike in a garage. That little lock seems like a good deal as it is small and would keep the average idiot from going anywhere.

That is really only PART of my locking system. It's a kryptonite New York disc lock.... I use it in combination with the kryptonite 'fahgettaboudit' motherfuckinghugeass chain when I am at my apartment, along with a Nelson Rigg cover. At work, I don't need all that, so I just throw the disk lock on there.

I got the lock and chain as a combo about a year ago from motorcycle superstore... they had a sale and had the best price on it that I could find anywhere.

Where the hell do you carry your locks while cruising around? I am looking to get a tank bag eventually, but I would imagine that Fagetaboutit to be quite fucking heavy.

I leave the huge chain and the cover at my apt. That chain is extremely heavy, I wouldn't take it with me. The disc lock is the only thing I take with me. I throw it in my jacket pocket, backpack, or tankbag, depending what I've got with me that day.

An option if you want to lock at your destination would be to get a lighter chain to use with the same disc lock and bring that.
