Do you think people just start at burning crosses? It was a stupid remark on a big stage. He did it so he needs to deal with the backlash.

J walking isn't a big thing but they have laws against it. If you do something stupid you have to be prepared to handle the shit that comes with it.

I don't feel bad for the kid at all and it has nothing to do with what he said. Did it say how old he is?

Don't like it? Don't open a business.
So by your logic, if an employee of Walmart comes in and wacks 30 people, the CEOs should go to jail as well? Crimmal and Civil are separate...and protected as such under most state laws. This of course is upheld if the buisness had no prior knowledge of a possible crime beforehand.

I don't see the big deal with this. Black people will get offended at anything and everything. Tough shit IMO. Suck it up, it has nothing to do with you personally.

And I wouldn't even rate this as a crime. There is a freedom of speech that if we didn't chew and spit out already, would still be in play.

Besides, next week all the black people who are going to "boycott" the Walmarts will have their asses back in Walmart lines. I'll bet on it.

The cross burning was by two idiots who are related to the black man's gf. It wasn't a random attack on a black family.

What happened to the old days when the store would simply call the dude's family to embarass them?

These days everyone files charges, because they're too lazy/afraid to confront people and handle things themselves.

People can't even get into a fight these days without being sued for assault.

Assualt is a crime and goes to criminal court.
You sue in civil court for p&s and medical cost.

Completely agree with this. People are fucking pussies and we are worse off for it.

Here is your trophy for most innane post of the year.

Did I say anything about the store manager going to jail? No I said the store is responsible for who they hire to do a job. If someone does something criminal on their own, they are responsible, if Walmart told him to whack 30 people, then the CEO and the person would both be responsible.

Homeslice got it, so it shouldn't be that much of a reach.
