it's like that in this state, however we are allowed to improvise on bullshit calls.
i talked to my partner about this and he said he'd tell me to use my special tool (my special tool looks like a brick, is made of the same material, but it's not a brick, it's a tool) and then they'd get a bill from us and the window repair guys
