The better team doesn't always win the game or series or championship. That's why there are these things in the sports world we like to call upsets. Winning the long drawn out regular season (assuming you have a decent schedule, not something like a college football fluff schedule, which really doesn't apply in pro sports) is more impressive than pulling to together a short winning streak in the playoffs.

Playoffs just gets the glory though.

And if you wanna throw Stats Down, The Flyers have made the playoffs Every year since 95 (I think) except for 05' and 07' So Blow me Mr My team has a huge fanbase and money blah blah blah...Come to philly and watch a flyers game, its NOTHING compared to a Detroit game Im sure.
